I never initially intended for these songs to be a trilogy. I mean, what kind of jerk makes a song trilogy with only two of his own songs? But it came to me sometime after I had sequenced the MORE SONGS ABOUT COWBOYS AND MOISTURE disc that these three songs in a row seemed to tell the elliptical story of a relationship, skipping over most of the actual relationship, leaving you with the crush ("Something You Should Know"), the breakup ("Oh Mama... I'm Alone"), and, in this song, the wanting-to-get-back-together.
